need important files from my suspended account

Hi,
my free hosting account has been suspended. I have important backend files for my application on your server and i need them soon or i will be fired from my job. please remove the suspension so that i can access my files. This is a request.

Hello, do you know what you were suspended for? I don't see a reason, what type of website did you run?

Since our information system does not show why you were suspended, I will escalate this to a Support Ticket so a Staff can either unsuspend you or give you the reason why not.

This will close the thread. You can access your Ticket either via the yellow bar at the top of the thread or through the Account Panel.
