Hi there, just got a suspension notice:

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

And I have had this unsuspended now (So thats good), but I need to know how to avoid the problem in the future, after all there are only 3 strikes and there goes the first.

My forum is a standard phpbb 3 with the only exception being a AJAX chat mod. But what I don't understand is that we have had stable and fairly predicable activity on the site for weeks now and both of these scripts have been in for more than 4 weeks without issue.

Anyone got any suggestions or ideas?

Cheers for your help;
-UA.

Hi unknown assassin,

At the moment your account is not suspended, anyway for 1st and 2nd High resoure usage suspensions your can unsuspend yourself in account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

For 3rd the staff has to unsuspend you,

As you said the chat mod can be causing this and chat scripts are not allowed as per the TOS, as they take high resources
