Need login/register script

I need a login/register script.
With cookies.
And email confirmation.

It is for the comments system at http://paperforum.x10hosting.com/games/ and it would need to show/hide the posting forum in the game page.

I don't know how hard it is, and so I don't know how many credits I would need to pay.

No, the email confirmation is the most important bit, and it doesn't have it.
