Need Premium Support!

Hello there,

I am a premium customer with 2 VPSs, however since yesterday I cannot login to the client area, but my account was deleted! because I can not even retrieve a new password from WHMCS! it says that my account simply does not exist.

What happened? I already contacted with the helpdesk e-mail and Corey directly but no response! :(

EDIT: Corey handled it accordingly, now I have someone to email if this happens again! (lol, that doesn't occur very often I'd say)...
