need shell access

When I upload perl scripts they do not run. I think this is a permission problem. So I think I need shell access to be able to change permissions on the scripts. Please give me shell access. I am xibl10.

You can change the permissions on your files
1. via FTP
2. via FileManager in cPanel

You do not need shell access to do it.

Now, your script may try do do something that the admins have disabled. That is a different story.

I think you can only get shell access if your on the paid plans. Sorry

You can not get shell access on any of the web hosting plans, only for VPS packages
