Need site promotion tips

My forum http://www.smartmac.co.cc is completely inactive, and I need some tips to get it back up and running.

I don't want to have to have ads, if I do, they would have to be out of the way.

You could try starting a thread in the Marketplace where you request quality forum posts in exchange for credits.
