Hi,
I have started an online business; we sell products on eBay that people give us and take 10% of the profit. Currently we only have one person helping us out and are in need of two other people. The two positions that are open are an advertising manager and a Financial manager. Currently we are not offering any pay but once we get the ball running we can discuss the pay.
