Hey ......Its Om , and i am using X10 free hosting account for my web projects like testing some of pages that need server ,,,,,, And i happy with x10 free hosting (1 or 2 day downtime in whole year ).

Now I am thinking about starting a internet consumer based site that need some more bandwidth , storage or features that not have in free hosting ........

I check the x10premium.com and find that the features are good as i needed ....But after i check out some other webhosts , i got some doubts regarding premium hosting ..... So i want answers of my questions from staff ... questions are as given blow:

1:
Please specify what is meaning of bandwidth ,disk storage or databases [ Unlimited] in simple numbers like 1gb or 5gb or 10 db .
2: Is my nameserver change ,when i change in premium (ns1.x10hosting.com host too many sites ).

3: No info. about Security of data & Site Backup .
4:What is cancellation method if premium hosting dont fit for my needs (PHP + MYSQL ) Or LAMP or any reason.

I'm not a staff member, but I have some answers if you're interested.

Exceeding 75,000 inodes or 10GB of disk space will restrict your usage of both our automatic and manual backup systems, if you would like to utilize our 6 hour incremental backups or the manual cPanel backups you must stay under 10GB of disk space and 75,000 inodes. Accounts are allowed a maximum of 300,000 inodes.
2. Yes. ns1.x10premium.com and ns2.x10premium.com
3. Not sure if you mean secure against loss or secure against theft; either way, I have never seen a breach of security on x10Premium nor have I ever lost any data. I've been a customer since 2008.

Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable, this includes all monthly and yearly services. Under no circumstance will license fees such as cPanel be refunded.

Adding onto 3 and 4:

3: I haven't seen a large-scale breach that affected the entire server, however your account is only as secure as what you put on it - if you run a Wordpress 3.2 install, expect it to be brutally cracked open like an egg, as in this example 3.2 is full of security holes. You'll want to stay up-to-date on your software, including keeping an eye on security releases. As far as data loss goes, while we do attempt to keep as many backups as possible, there are times that the software we use (R1Soft) either malfunctions or ceases to operate correctly with the kernel we have, which may mean the occasional lapse in coverage. As with free hosting and any other provider, we strongly recommend making and maintaining your own local backups. I personally haven't lost data, but that also doesn't mean it's impossible for it to happen - better to be safe and make a set for yourself, just in case.

4: If you do want to cancel, make sure to cancel -before- it's due so it doesn't auto-renew. If you're not sure if it'd work for your needs, it may not be a bad idea to only go for 1 month just to feel things out, then upgrade to a longer-term plan if you're in for the long haul (the longer-term plans work out to less per month, but are paid up-front in full).
