Need support to configure a Software on MySQL , PHP hosting

Dear Concerned,
I m trying to configure a predefined software on your server
What should I type in a the BOX asking me [ hostname ] for database configuration
I did type my complete domain name [ www.expertperson.x10hosting.com ]
but the Error is
------
Could not connect to the host specified. Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'http' (4)
------

The host name of database is localhost

Did you created the database in your cpanel,

Goto "Mysql Databases" in your cpanel and

Create the database
Create a database user
Associate the user to the database by giving all the privileges

Use those details in your script.

The database name is like CpanelUsername_databasename
The database username is like CpanelUsername_databaseusername
