Hi
I am trying to install a 3rd party app, and in the process of stuffing up everything over 10 time the server blocked the host. I get this error now when i get to the 3rd party install page
DB Error: Host '74.86.133.24' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
So after some googling i go to phpMyAdmin, click the SQL query window button, type in flush hosts, and nothing, i get another error
"#1227 - Access denied; you need the RELOAD privilege for this operation "
So what do i do now? Please help
Man why can't things have been more simple, or i been wiser.
