Hi
I am trying to flush my hosts cause i am trying to install a 3rd party app, but timed out of tried reconnection lots of times etc and i go a message that the host was blocked and i need to run msqladmin flush host command. Anyways when i try to do that through the phpmyadmin sql query window i get

does the system administrator now have to flush it for me or something? can you help please
