I began to upload VBulletin to my site. I forgot about the policy that you guys had for that discussion forum. I need to have access to the site immediately as I'm working on a very time sensitive project. Thank you very much.

Using/uploading nulled scripts is against the Terms of Service to which you agreed upon signup. Under section 8 of those terms your account has been permanently suspended. This also falls under our zero tolerance policy, whereby all access to the account is permanently revoked.
