Need to login, can't receive a password reset email

Hi all, I'm trying to login my account and I'm going through the password recovery method (existing user here). I'm sure the email is correct but I don't receive a reset email, not even in the junk folder.
Do you know what the issue is?

I have found and corrected the issue, you should now be able to get the password reset email.
