need to recreat the C-panel files

when i was clearing the site, due to problems, i used ftp to reset the directories, i accidently deleted the C-panel stuff. now i can't login via c-panel. i do not if at all possible want to recreate the domain, because i currently like some of the feature sets that are on the old unlimited plan. is there a way to have it restored to default, or manually re-add the files?

Just re-create public_html.
