I had a service a while back that I had used for web development, but abandoned the project and the service was terminated. I need the DNS records to be cleared, as I now want to use my x.github.io page.

A terminated service dns records would be cleared. x10 dns host would not stop you from using github.io any way.
x.github.io redirects to peticol.as

The x is a placeholder, didn't know it was used, but the DNS records have not been cleared and the github.io site redirects to the service's domain.

So github.io redirects to pages.github.com/?(null).
github.io has nothing to do with x10 free service!
What domain were you using on the x10 services?
To clear/change dns records, you would go to the domain registrar.

Update, used GitHub to remove my notmizzel.x10.bz domain from the notmizzel.github.io page.

This was my domain registrar, but the service was terminated. Also, do not necrobump threads.
