Need to terminate account

I'm not sure what is wrong but the files I put in the public folder don't render. The domain I used, tonydebalsi.com, that I own comes up 'forbidden'.
I would like to terminate this account and start over.

On another note, my plan was to build a Wordpress site. I don't see that option. Is it not part of the free account?

I have resolved the domain issue, now the files are working. Am I able to build a Wordpress site here? If so, how do I access Wordpress? I don't see it on the Dashboard.

other x10hosting users are welcome to share information and help.

yes wordpress sites can be created.
many use the softalicious auto installer to install it.
some upload the install files then install it as directed.
