Need Updated IP allowance

Dear Sir,

After you resolved mu problem consisting in having my country (tunisia) IPs blocked, i would like to inform you that many IPs from Tunisia are still blocked (including me because i've a dynamic IP), so i would be very grateful if you allow an updated list of IPs on your firewall.

But Sir today i had an IP beginning like this "196.203.111.***" and was blocked.
It was included in the ranges i provided you. Can you please update the firewall so that it allows

Exit stage left and make haste. I hope you enjoy your service there. I am sure they love your childish attitude. Not to mention the paid service here doesn't have these rules. It's just for free service users. So basically you are trying to compare a paid service to a free service.(which we also offer) So please make sure you understand the services we offer before trying to be all high and mighty about a paid service. The service you complain about is free(free service needs rules and guidelines) and is nothing like our paid hosting.
