Needs help. New to hosting sites.

Hi.

I was wondering if its possible to get my hosting account reset so it is as it was in the begining. I have tried deleting the instalations, but my SQL datebase is still standing aqs full! I have tried deleting all the files under the ftp too, but nothing seems to work.
Please help me!

You can use your phpmysql to delete all the database. first delete all the database that came because of the instalations. then try to delete the files under the ftp.
