Neither website nor cpanel opens

the problem is stated in the title: I can reach neither my website nor cpanel.
Is there something wrong with the hosting?

IF your free-hosting account is on server [ xo2 ] - yes - I 'see' it as down right now

yes, it's xo2.
However, everything seems to be working now although quite slowly.

xo7 is not working. Getting a 500 server error. My website doesn't work either. Main domain works, but other files don't work.

Not sure what server I am on, but it is still down. Has been for over a hour and 45 mins.

According to the status page x10hosting has up, all services should be running. But, that's not perfect. Better if you wait it out. My site was down for almost two hours.

the status page at [ http://status.x10hosting.com/ ] is not automatically updated - but is manually updated by staff (i.e. when they know of a issue)

Gotcha. When I emailed them, they sent an email back a couple hours later saying that they didn't show any servers down- that's when I checked and x02 is up. So they never showed that any servers were down.
