Network is down?

I'm on "starka" and Cpanel and FTP is down. site is down any word as to when i will have my site reinstated?

This was a known issue and has since been resolved. In the future you can check the http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/ forum to check for server issues and updates.
