Network Timeout

Sometimes well.. 80% of the time I try to visit my site (haloshorts.com) hosted here on x10... I get this error:

Network Timeout
The server at haloshorts.com is taking too long to respond.

Now, I know it's not my connection because I can load up other websites with ease. What is happening?

Its just server http issues, most likely you are on stoli as that is the server that has the most abuse and traffic, so it has many issues
