never be able to access my cpanel and my domain

I opened my free hosting account two weeks ago. I never be abel to access to my cpanel and my domain

I opened a ticket and it was closed.

1. when I click my domain ->
allfamily.x10Hosting.com, I went to the page : welcome to SSL-Explorer! A secure gateway to your network which ask my user name and password. If I enter my user name and password, this page always tell me that I have wrong user name and password. My user name is scarlett

2. when I click this link to go to my cpanel, http://allfamily.x10hosting.com:2082, I always got “page can not be found”. I cleaned my IE cache, still not working

3.. Why is it so hard?
