never receive password reset mail for wp-admin login

How can I receive the password reset mail when asking for it at the wp-admin login page ?
Everything seem to work well but the mail never comes.

x10 forums does not provide script support for wordpress or any other scripts.
its possible another user has experienced this and can help you.
but there is no telling how long it might take for a reply.
you may be better off checking wordpresses website for help..

To do basic troubleshoot I'd need to know which email address you have configured in WP to be sender, and to what email you expect to get the password reset. You can send me a PM so you don't need to put them public.
Note: I can at most check if the emails get stuck in our mail server or if they get sent from there properly.

IF you installed through Softaculous, you might be able to reset the WordPress password through that, can't tell for certain as I don't tend to use Softaculous much.
