Never received my email w/ username and password details

I signed up, received a confirmation code, and followed suit. I understand afterward I'm supposed to receive another email w/ my user-name and password details but never received it.

You could try logging in at the account panel. It'll give you some of the detail there, a link to the cPanel, and at the cPanel, you see the rest of the details.
