New Account - adEnhanced cPanel Linking

I've just registered and logged in but Account Management has popped up asking for my cPanel username and its talking about the forum name being linked. But i've tried everything and i get the same response:

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

Help please
