new account, default web page instead of index.html

Is there a known problem at the moment, or am I missing something?

I have a test index.html (among other things) in my public_html, but I can only get the http://john.elementfx.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi page.

It may be relevant that I changed my mind and renamed my domain from jgwww.elementfx.com to john.elementfx.com shortly after creating the account.

The x10 system sometimes takes 12-24 hours to digest changes (there are thousands of accounts on each server so they have to queue up changes) to domains.
The page you see is a result of the system being partially updated (it recognizes your domain name, but it just doesn't know where to find it on the server).
If you would give it some time to work and clear your browser history/cache before checking, you sit should appear.

If you still get the default page this time tomorrow, post back and we will have to have someone fix it manually.
