New Account, how to get started building page?

:dunno:I am a new user. After an hour of reading and form filing, and waiting, I have an account. There are no instructions on where to go to begin building my web page.

What do I do?

A link to CPanel sent to me led me nowhere. Please help.

You need to code your website using HTML or PHP then upload it via FTP
