New Account - Need help

It has been more than 24 hours and I haven't received a confirmation e-mail yet but when I go to the URL for "Your Website Address" (http://brv.x10hosting.com) it says:
Welcome to your new X10 Hosting Account! and tht it is now ready to be used.

When I click on "Site Builder" it asks for Domain Name, FTP User Name, and FTP Password. When I enter either the Account User Name and Password, or the Forum User Name and Password, it tells me :
Warning - Username or Password is incorrect.

Also, when I go to the "Account Panel", Server Status is listed as: Coming soon!

Last but not least, I do not see anything similar to "File Manager" on the Account Panel.

Am I doing something wrong (probably) or am I stuck somewhere in the middle of Account Creation?

Hello

Yes does seem as there's been a couple welcome mails missing, been told the same by someone else as well. Maybe it's just a bit behind schedule on the mail side or maybe there's something going on, I will have to ask a server tech to check that part.

You should find the file manager in cPanel.

Server status: "Coming soon" has nothing to do with the function of your account. When that gets implemented you will get information about the server your account is located on.

It is possible that the site builder part isn't up to speed yet. I must admit I've never tested the site builder option.

I assume that the term cPanel is the same as Account Panel. Is that correct?

I have looked everywhere in "Account Panel" and I can NOT find File Manager. Where should I be seeing it at?

cPanel and Account Panel are actually two different things.
