New account not working

Hi,

I created an account and as per the instructions I have confirmed it but I am waiting for the email containing the account details. I have been waiting over half an hour. The knowledge base says to log a support ticket in this situation.

it can take up to 24 - 36 hours for an account to be created depending on the size of the queue

It appears as if your account is active now. Please try logging in to your cPanel again. If you are still unable to log in to your account, try clearing your browser's cache and flushing your DNS first. If problems persist, feel free to post back here.
