New account problems with signup.

I opened a new account today and have had nothing but problems with it. I can use my forum name and password to sign in and open a ticket but can not get to my account to setup the web page or anything else. The error messages are unreadable with Internet explorer, they are stacked on top of each other. Can anyone assist with this bad first expierence?
