new account Suspended. Why?

i recently open an free-hosting-account with x10hosting.com. however i just found it "Suspended".

Don't worry you are not suspended full time. Your account is being moved from Cossacks to another server. While this being Admins have put a suspension on your web hosting account so you cannot access and play around with files that are being transfered. The suspension will be removed as soon as the transfers are done.
