I don't see a hosting account attached to your forum account that you posted here with. If there was a previous account there like you said, then you are free to register another account now.

That is only if you make another hosting account while your suspended account still exists in the system and hasn't been deleted yet. I saw no hosting account attached to your forum account. That means that your suspended account finished deleting itself, therefore fulfilling the requirement of having only one existing hosting account at a time when you make your new account.
