Hi, I created a new account today but I'm unable to open the cpanel.

I receive a 403 message for: xo5.x10hosting.com
URL: https://xo5.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

sorry it was a problem with my firewall i think. Thanks, I'm now in.
Can you help with another issue.
I tried to create a new website using script installer: Joomla 3.
It fails to create and returns a message: 'The email address is not valid.'
But I can't see anywhere in the form to enter an email.

Hi Mark,

Please could you try setting up Joomla from the cPanel x3 theme, rather than the x10Hosting Basic theme? You can do this by selecting "Switch Theme" in the top right, and choosing "Switch to cPanel x3". From there, you should see an icon for "Softaculous", where you can install Joomla.
