I signed up for free hosting, entered my domain name, email/password, and agreed to terms and conditions. Once i entered my name and pressed continue there was an error screen saying:
"Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.

Your account may have been:

  • Removed for inactivity; or
  • Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or
  • Requested to be deleted.
The good news it that you may sign up again now.

On the sign-up form you should enter your current email address. This way you will not create a second account or need to confirm your address again."
If i sign up again it just does the same thing. I thought maybe it was because i hadnt confirmed my e-mail but when i try to confirm it by clicking the link it sends me to a page that says "Your account has been confirmed." and then i click continue and it sends me to a page with a redirect error on it. Is this a problem with the site or is there something i can do to fix this?

I have also been experiencing this problem for the past few days. Will this be fixed soon?

Doesn't seem so, I've been experiencing this problem since my account became inactivity over a month ago. If I try to register with another email, the same deal happens. There doesn't seem to be any real way to contact support either.

Hi,

There was a general problem with signups earlier this week, which has since been resolved. I just tried recreating a test account that was terminated a few days ago, and the signup went through without any issues. Please could you ensure that when you see this screen, you go to the Sign Up form on our homepage, and then sign up with your original email address? You should then be prompted for your current email address and password.

Thank you,

I'm having the exact same problem right now. I get prompted for an email so I enter the original one along with the password and it says I already have an account, but the new hosting account isn't created.
