new account

Hi,

about 1 hr ago, I finally got my email, saying, that I my new subdomain has been created.
The next email gave me several links to the account page, the cPanel, etc.
Unfortunately, when I try to access my subdomain, it still is listed as available and I cannot connect to the cPanel page.
Is that the usual behavior?

I see your account "ahiltner" created, and your site is: http://pack984.elementfx.com/ which has Joomla uploaded, so you were able to access your domain, right..?
