Resolved New Accounts

When will new accounts be allowed? The signup pages says things should be ready by the end of March. It is now almost the end of April. When might we expect things to be back to normal?

I have not seen an update. However, I did see in Discord that one of the admins was volunteering to add accounts manually. If you leave a message there, you might get a reply. However, there's been an issue with the servers the last few days that's probably going to be higher priority.
