what is definitely forbiden?

Have a look in your cPanel & you will see Fantastico. Click on that, & you will see dozens of different types of website it can auto-install for you.

So yes, they are all allowed!

I found blogs and forum but no chat.
Do someone know if any of the fantastico installer has the ability for chat or shoutbox in one of the website it can install?

what do you mean by chat, irc server? forbidden in the TOS, however most of the forum software have some sort of chat like shout-box, I believe that is ok...

here read the TOS carefully and draw your own conclusions
