I didn't do it, but my friend did it for our soccer forums.

It blends in with the forum background at the top, but the ads on the right make it look bad....any ideas where I can move the ads so the forum will still look good, and don't say at the top, cause that looks worse.

It looks pretty good to me, I give 9/10 too. If you want to try moving the ad around you could try moving it all the way to the right side and see how that looks.
