You may not be aware of the terms of service:

» Warez : Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.



Right now to me it looks like your boarder lining on that rule, so just be careful and keep it free from any questionable links.

Also you should get a new layout.

Yeah I am aware, I kept out the part about how to install the programme to play backed up games just incase.
Do you have any suggestions for the layout?

I think Silent made an excellent case. I didn't think much of it at first because it was for the Wii, but be careful.
