new but account says unsuspended and can not access cpanel

Hi there. i'm new and I am unable to login to my cpanel. I am typing in all lowercase letters and have no idea why this is occurring. Furthermore, even though my account is new, on my account management page it says Account Status: Unsuspended. Is this what is causing the error?
