New error: max_user_connections for mysql

Hi, my site is now getting this error. I haven't changed any of the code or settings so is there something that has been changed by the Admins?

As the error hints, it's to do with the connection limit being hit, though it is unknown if this is true.
Do you use a PHP function that closes the connection? Because that's something VERY important. Maybe you're getting attacked, getting a lot of users, or it's just some issue on the MySQL server which in that case this wouldn't help at all.

I'm not seeing this as an error on the server at all; your queries were running almost constantly, each for a very long time without terminating, which is why you were receiving an error due to the max-user-connections hit.

It does look like you were suspended by the review team for it as we need to investigate this further to determine exactly why your software "went rogue" and started causing severe performance degradation as a result. Please open a dispute from the account panel so we can address this further.

I file an appeal as I thought I had fixed this but I haven't heard anything about it yet

I'm not seeing any active appeals under this hosting account at the moment; is it showing one on your account panel page? The only one I was able to locate was one from June of last year.

Edit: I should note there's only 1 appeal currently open without a response, it's pending me being able to reach a different review associate for details. If it's showing you have one running in the panel we'll have to run it here as a last resort since I can't actually see that dispute in the system.
