when i upload a new file to the chopin server it doesnt update it has nothing to do with cache because it has been 3 days after uploading the new files and my browser deletes the cache everyday.

What directory do you put them in?

Do you have an example (you don't have to give the domain, just the /path/to/file.html )

i put it in the public_html folder and just deleted all the files in it and the web page still works.

what do you see a slideshow sort of thing with word on it. thats not it there is a new one because my site was being updated so that is the page that should display.

You said you removed all the files. I should not see anything.

Very, since the files are actually still on the server. Just confirmed it via SSH; they aren't being erased.

Also confirmed the server is -not- in read-only mode, so somehow you're not actually -erasing- the files.

so have fixed the issue. now it day 4 and still my website works

Of course it works. You never deleted the files.

How did you think you deleted the files? FTP or cPanel File Manager?
