New Ftp info ?

Hello again. I just added my own domain to x10hosting. Since the domain changed, how do I ftp. I no longer can connect to ftp.elementfx.com or my old main domain. My new domain is (example): ftp.mydomain.com. What do i have to do to get ftp to work? Thanks again

What's the error your FTP client is giving you when you try to connect?

If you are using namservers, then ftp.mydomain.com should work with the same account information. You can also just use mydomain.com (no ftp part needed).

Otherwise, you should try boru.x10hosting.com as the FTP Host. Since this is the server name, it will not change even if you change your domain name.
