New: Help with web hosting

Hello. I'm new to this site, and so far it all looks very nice. I am having trouble signing up for a hosting page. Whenever I try to sign up it says I "already have a hosting account...use it". But I haven't signed up for one yet as far as I know. I want to sign up for the web-enhanced site. Also, whenever I go to modify account it takes me to a "link your account" blue box screen and when I put mtroche13 in it, it says I don't exist. Can someone help me please?

i do that and it still says
"An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."
in the link account window

nvm it seems to have put me in a queue. i'll let you know what happens

To link your account you need to go to the cPanel and update the contact info.

thank you i was able to create it and link it. how do i change the look and feel of my x10 site?
