New here - i can't seem to access the Control panel

Hi guys,
I am new here and am trying to set up my account. I have logged in and am clicking on the CPanel button but it comes back saying that the site can't be reached. How can i get past this?

Usually that's a firewall problem at your (the user's) end. cPanel needs port 2083 to be open. That's often closed at schools, workplaces, libraries and public wifi access points; it may be closed by default on any firewall software running on your computer or router as well.

Thanks i will try and see if i can access it when i get home then as i am trying at my work
