I have created a new hosting account under the username: pmadmin (forum account: spadmin) due to a previous hosting account termination for inactivity. this used to be owned by father who passed away in April. I have since taken over some of his hosting accounts.
I have tried to change the email address from admin@photographymoray.co.uk to techsupport@lighthouseimagery.co.uk but I am not receiving the confirmation e-mails with code to update the e-mail address. As a secondary issue, the domain (scottishperegrines.co.uk) that was parked on the terminated hosting account will not allow me to park it on my new one. I am receiving an error that states it is already parked or something to this effect.
How do I get all this sorted? I can't create a new hosting account afresh with the scottishperegrines domain as it states it is already taken. Would this easiest thing be to do is just cancel pmadmin and use spadmin as I was trying and create a completely new account. Your help and assistance will be greatly appreciated.
