New Problem - Hosting type not recieved

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I had DefecTalisman help me with my old issue, we deleted my old accout because the server and my account management page were not syncronized. I have created a new account under the same name with the correct sub-domain name and now i have the above error.

Yes, i have another problem actually, it was working find. I was signing in under cPanel with my username and password now its not allowing me to sign in and its saying my domain is avaliable again. whats the deal?

I'm not trying to be aggravating but this is getting ridiculous. I've been dealing with account problems since about 11:00 this morning. Someone please help me.

It looks like the page your domain gives is not the domain available, but the default index page. So your account should work.
When you attempt to sign into Cpanel, what error are you getting?
