I'd like to make a new request as to inquire why my previous request was made into a closed post in the support forum. Aren't threads supposed to be answered before closing them?

On another note Softaculous isn't working either. Clicking it goes to Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator....If the only easy fix is to delete my stuff/account and make a new one that's fine with me. I won't really lose anything cuz I haven't really done much to it yet.

As the free hosting support system is staffed by volunteers, we can't get to every thread. I believe there's a policy on week old unanswered tickets.

As for Softaculous, it's been more or less broken for some time, and when it's worked has been known to completely mess up some installs. I would recommend ignoring it and installing things manually.
