Not one email, not one link-redirect (in case I posted in the wrong forum), which I'm sure I didn't: clicking Open a Support Ticked, a thread is open right there. So where is my thread?
I searched in key words, user name, recent posts and nothing. Is that the way new costumers are welcomed, deleting/hiding their first threads with important questions...?
