I just created a new site and am still waiting for account creation. I sent the confirmation code, and it is still in the creation list. The knowledge base said wait up to 30 minutes before opening support ticket. It's been almost an hour now. Please help.

Account creation can take up to 24-36 hours. Please post back here if your account is still not created by then.
